Venue & accommodation The IWNET 2018 will take place in the De Ruwenberg Hotel and Conference Center Ruwenbergstraat 7 5271 AG Sint-Michielsgestel The Netherlands Phone: +31 (0)73 55 88 888 Email: info@ruwenberg.nl Web: http://www.ruwenberg.nl/en/ All scientific sessions will be held in the De Ruwenberg. In the same location, also 80 rooms (double and twin rooms are available) have been blocked from Sunday, July 1 (arrival date), until Friday, July 6 (departure date). The price of the hotel room is € 100.00 per night (both for single- and for double-occupancy) including VAT, excluding € 1.52 tourist tax. In the case of single-occupancy, breakfast is included in the price; in the case of double-occupancy, there is an additional fee of € 15.00 for the second person's breakfast. Guests can check in from 2 PM and check out until 10 AM. The participants are asked to book the rooms individually, directly with the hotel (after November 1, 2017) and pay for it upon departure. Reservations can be made on this webpage. In order to get the special price for workshop participants, please enter the special code "IWNET2018" (without quotation marks). This block of rooms has to be released on March 31, 2018, so please make your reservation with the hotel prior to March 31, 2018.
