Registration procedure
- The regular registration is closed.
- Late registrations are still possible, however at an increased fee (i.e. the
base amount of € 400.00 plus transaction costs is augmented by a late-registration
fee that depends on the date of the registration). For late registration, please
contact the organizers by email (reg-iwnet2018@tue.nl).
- The registration fee includes the welcome dinner on Sunday, and all
costs in relation to the workshop (incl. lunch, dinner, afternoon-excursion), except
the costs for hotel room and breakfast, drinks at the bar, laundry and taxis. These
costs will be charged to the participants individually.
- Accommodation (hotel room and breakfast) is not included in the registration
fee. Participants are kindly asked to book the accommodation individually, directly
with the hotel:
instructions.
Please be aware that the IWNET-room-block is no longer guaranteed.
- For cancellation of the registration, no refund can be given from now on.
