In the same location, also 100 rooms have been blocked from Sunday, July 5 (arrival date), until Friday, July 10 (departure date). These rooms are comfort single rooms for € 108.00 per person / night, including breakfast and excluding city tax of € 1.55 per person / night. Guests can check in from 1 PM and check out until 10 AM. The participants are asked to book the rooms individually, directly with the hotel and pay for it upon departure. Reservations can be made on this webpage. In order to get the special price for workshop participants, please proceed as follows: go to this webpage; enter arrival and departure dates, and "Search now"; there will be a message "No availability ..."; click on "Coupon code/Corporate"; as "Coupon code" enter "IWNET2015" (without quotation-marks), leave "Corporate rate" empty; the rest is self-explanatory. This block of rooms has to be released on April 20, 2015, so please make your reservation with the hotel prior to April 20, 2015. If someone wants to book a double room, availability needs to be checked at that moment. In 7 of the blocked 100 rooms, an extra roll-away bed can be added. The additional costs for a roll-away bed plus extra breakfast are € 35 per room / night.
