Registration and accommodation
- In order to register for the workshop and accomodation, please fill out, scan and send the
registration form
to the email address given on the form.
Important dates
- Extended Submission deadline for abstracts: May 1
- Extended Acceptance of abstracts: May 15
- Extended Registration deadline: June 1
- The organizing committee will keep an informal, good atmosphere at the
meeting for good discussions and interactions. The number of participants
is therefore limited to 60. Participation will be granted on a first come - first serve basis.
- The registration fees for all participants from academia are sponsored by
the European Science Foundation (ESF-EPDS). Participants from industry pay a registration fee of NOK 5000,-.
- The hotel costs of some invited speakers and some participants are sponsored by the European
Science Foundation (ESF-EPDS), the Norwegian Research Council (NFR), and the Gas-Technology Centre of NTNU/SINTEF.

Hotel reservation at Røros Hotel is made directly at the
hotel website (http://www.roroshotell.no »»),
using the code IWNET as Corporate/Promotion code.
The price upon this code includes room and full board (lunch and
dinner). Participants may use alternative accommodation options,
available at Røros. In this case they have to find they own lunch and
dinner options.
