The Workshop will take place at Røros Hotell. Surrounded by mountains and set in the World Heritage town of Røros this 4-star hotel povides comfortable accommodations. The rooms are equipped with modern facilities including high speed WiFi Internet. Guests can select from a variety of wilderness activities such as camping, hiking opportunities and historical and cultural walks around World Heritage sites. The hotel is also located a few minutes walk from the centre. Being centrally located in Norway, guests at Røros enjoy good road connections north and south, as well as with Sweden.

From Oslo Airport (Gardemoen)

Once you have collected your luggage, you go through customs. Trains take you to Røros. They leave from the lower part of the airport (buy ticket here), maybe first to Hamar where you change train. There is a reduction if you are a student, or 67 or older (they may ask you to document that). The whole trip takes about 5 hours. From Trondheim Airport (Vaernes)

Once you have collected your luggage, you go through customs. Outside there are airport buses that take you to Trondheim Central Station in 30 min. From Trondheim you can take the train from the Central Station to Røros. This takes about 2.5 hours.

By car from the airports of Trondheim or Oslo

It is also possible to rent at car at the airport and drive to Røros in approximately 2 hours from Trondheim Airport (Vaernes) and 5 hours from Oslo Airport (Gardemoen).
