![]() Poster P2.1 Tuesday 16:00 Entropy Generation in a Semiconductor Thermoelectric Device ESIME-Culhuacan - Instituto Politecnico Nacional, Mexico Abstract: In this work we make use of the Entropy Minimization method to analyze a basic two-stage semiconductor thermoelectric device, which contains one thermocouple in the second stage and several thermocouples in the first stage. Our study focuses on the influence of current of the first stage indicating changes in entropy depending on the number of thermocouples in the second one. |
